Before you call

• Please take note that most apartment buildings or unit complexes have strict guidelines that are required to be adhered to.
• These guidelines state what can be changed or installed in or external the buildings, e.g – installation of fly screens. 
•  It is advisable to contact your Strata / Body Corporate prior to any fly screen repairs/instalments, as it is your responsibility to obtain approval for any changes being made to your windows or doors.

About Payment

• Payments are required to be made on the day of job completion.
• A deposit may need to be made prior to commencement of work, depending on the nature of the maintenance.
• We accept payment’s via direct bank deposit or cash payments.
• Sorry, we no longer accept cheques.

Third-Party Quotes

• Brokers or Agencies calling on behalf of a client are required to provide their full agency name and contact details.
• Majority of quotes are obligation free without any call-out fees , this excludes application quotes regarding insurance claims which will incur a travel & consulting fee. 

 Material & Parts supply 

•  All material or parts are only supplied and installed by Steffen’s Elite Window Care. 
•  Some parts might need to be ordered from interstate suppliers due to low stock in the Canberra region and can take a few days to arrive. 
• Steffen’s Elite Window Care does not provide parts or repairs to retractable fly screens .
